NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
RE: Wampanoag Planning Dept.
Widdiss Ext. Tribal Map, Parcel III of the "private settlement lands" as defined in 25 U.S.C. 1771f.
The Wampanoag Land Use Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Friday, May 19th 2006 at 5:30pm in the Meeting Room of the Tribal Administrative Building located at 20 Black Brook Road on the permit application of the referenced petitioner seeking:
A Variance to allow relief from the 40' requirement placed on slender and unoccupied projections (i.e. spires, flagpoles and windmills) and a Special Permit allowing for the clearing of trees in area greater than ½ acre in accordance to the 1983 Gay Head Zoning Bylaws.
Proposed plans are on file for review in the Planning Department at the Tribal Administration Building.

PLAN REVIEW COMMITTEE
On June 1, 2006 at 7:45PM the Aquinnah Planning Board Plan Review Committee will hold a public hearing in the Aquinnah town offices to act on a Request for a Special Permit filed by the Wampanoag Tribe of Gay Head/Aquinnah to allow relief from the 40FT. requirement placed on slender projections.
